No Guarantee of Price or Availability

• Golf Cart IQ does not guarantee dealer purchase prices or trade-in offers.
• Golf Cart IQ does not guarantee inventory availability.
• Dealer information, inventory, and pricing may change at any time.
• Listing prices shown on the marketplace are dealer asking prices, not sold prices or appraised values.

Dealer Transactions

Golf Cart IQ is not a party to transactions between consumers and dealers. We provide valuation, marketplace, and lead-routing services. Any purchase, sale, trade, or financing arrangement is solely between you and the dealer. Golf Cart IQ is not responsible for dealer transactions, warranties, representations, or the condition of any vehicle.

LSV and Legal-Use Information

Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV), golf cart, title, and registration requirements vary by jurisdiction. Any LSV, street-legal, or legal-use information provided by Golf Cart IQ is informational only. You must verify local and state requirements with the appropriate government authority before operating any vehicle on public roads.

Intellectual Property

Golf Cart IQ, its branding, valuation methodology, software, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Golf Cart IQ content without permission. Dealer inventory photos and descriptions remain the property of the submitting dealer.

Account Conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact information current.

Prohibited Use

• Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Limitation of Liability
