Good Questions. Clear Answers.
Is this a golf cart book value guide?
Value My Golf Cart provides configuration-specific market estimates. Our Value Guide adds reviewed monthly editions where verified evidence supports publication. Coverage and data strength vary by model; a catalog listing alone does not guarantee a published book value.
What is the difference between retail and trade-in value?
Retail estimates the dealer market value. Trade-in estimates a dealer’s acquisition value before inspection and transaction-specific adjustments. Private-party sales and wholesale transactions are separate markets.
Can my bank use the report?
You can share a valuation report with your lender. Each lender decides whether to accept the source, which value basis to use and how much to advance. A market estimate is not a loan approval or a certified appraisal.
Does a lithium conversion change the model year?
No. Record the original chassis year separately from battery installation and refurbishment dates. Battery age, health, equipment and documentation can influence value without changing the vehicle’s identity.
How often do values change?
Live estimates reflect the evidence and rules available when calculated. Published Value Guide editions are dated monthly snapshots and retain their original values. A new month does not automatically mean a price increase or decrease.
What if there are too few comparable sales?
Limited evidence should be visible. A live estimate may rely on broader matches or modeled assumptions; the monthly guide withholds unsupported channel values and recommends manual review.
